Plenty of food basics in kitchen, oil, tea, butter etc. Fresh milk and gluten free bread on arrival, also gluten free cookies for my Coeliac daughter, very thoughtful. My grandaughter wanted to try a couple of different games so Perry brought them into his shop for her, nothing was too much trouble. Would definetely recommend if visiting this lovely area.

  Perfect location in heart of Lyndhurst. Warm and charming interior. Loved the welcoming touches in form of wine, milk , crumpets and biscuits. Comfy beds and x3 loos just perfect !👌

There was traffic noise but it wasn't really an issue at this... read more time of year - possibly different in the summer with windows open. But there was noise from surrounding apartments - nothing bad but you could hear washing machines and things like that.

Everything was clean and the place was full of character. Location was great too! Perry and Ingrid were very helpful hosts, full of suggestions for things to do and places to eat - they even accommodated our dietary requirements in the recommendations and the complimentary treats upon arrival. We all had a wonderful weekend so thank you both!

Lyndhurst is a thriving village with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops... read more in easy walking distance. For the kids, there is a playground within 5 min by foot, bike hire directly in the village and plenty to do within a 15 min drive (farms, forests and rivers to paddle). Perry’s place is the perfect base to explore the New Forest from!

We had... read more all the amenities we needed (high chair, travel cot, kids cutlery and books/toys, coffee/basic breakfast provided etc.) and the location was perfect for walks nearby and to explore the surrounding areas by car. There was so much we didn't get a chance to do over the long weekend stay, would love to book again!

It was the best supplied Airbnb that we have stayed in, eg plenty of coffee, soft toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing capsules other cleaning materials and the best tin foil I’ve ever seen. Too many hosts skimp on these things but not Perry and Ingrid, they understand what’s needed for a great stay. Thank you! Highly recommended.

  Was a good place for a family gathering for Christmas. Helpful to have three double bedrooms (two with an extra single bed / spare space), and three bathrooms (a large... read more one on first floor and two smaller en-suites with 2nd floor bedrooms). Bedding and towels ample & clean. Nice touch of a 'posh' coffee machine. Hosts gave us a nice decorated Christmas tree for our visit too. Parking was in the public car park (lots of traffic in Lyndhurst) but a pass was provided, plus electronic door key cards which were helpful. Loads of coffee shops and a great couple of pubs in Lyndhurst, plus miles of good dog walking nearby. Good gas fire in the lounge to warm us up after walks too. Nice and cosy! Thanks Perry & Ingrid.
